March 7, 1967. Actress Sandra Dee, 24, is granted a divorce from Bobby Darin on the grounds of mental cruelty. She told the court that Darin “woke up one morning and didn’t want to be married anymore”. The 30 year old singer then packed his bags and moved out of the couple’s home.
